Please check out our application report comparing the performance between three (3) types of ISO 220 Food Grade Lubricants used on High Temperature Oven Chain Applications such as in food processing dryers, flour and corn tortilla ovens, english muffin, bagel, bun, bread and pizza ovens. 

The comparative performance data consisted of the following three (3) type of base fluids: (1) Petrochem's FOODSAFE PETRO-GARD FG-220 - Food Grade Polyolester (POE) based chemistry, (2) Food grade polyalphaolefin (PAO), and (3) Food grade white mineral oil (WMO).
